Clients and members can expect personalized, thorough and quick customer service from HealthEZ. They get access to live (no phone trees) and local customer service representatives who know the details of their health plan. Members also get access to a custom employer benefits website and a personal online account, myhealthez.com, that includes their deductible balance, plan documents, claim information, digital ID cards, HealthEZ's online payment system (EZpay) and more.
Our goal is to solve member and client problems in one call and to provide each member with access to a health plan advocate. We also track and report on all customer service reason codes to analyze trends, enhance our member education and review plan designs.
We design, customize and brand member communication to promote your company. Putting your company name on your health plan provides your organization important recognition among your employees. It also helps employees understand the role they play in controlling the plan’s costs.
We create a custom website for each client that contains all benefit information, provider networks, healthcare news and quick access to relevant links, including your employees’ personal benefits site, myhealthez.com. Each member’s myhealthez.com account gives them access to their deductible balance, plan documents, claim information, digital ID cards, HealthEZ’s online payment system (EZpay) and more. We also create custom email campaigns and enrollment materials to educate members on plan offerings, enrollment meetings, important benefit plan changes and more.
